Beginner Tumblers

Beginner Tumblers is the perfect introduction to the basics of tumbling, where students will have fun learning fundamental movements like rolling, cartwheels, round-offs, and bridges. These foundational skills not only build physical strength and coordination but also lay the groundwork for future tumbling success. By starting young, your child will gain the confidence and readiness to take on more advanced skills as they progress. Tumbling Ages 3/4 Years Old

Tumbling Tots (Ages 3–4) – A fun 45-minute class designed just for little ones! Kids will learn the basics of tumbling, balance, coordination, and body control through age-appropriate skills, games, and activities. Perfect for building confidence and burning energy while having a blast!

Daytime Tumbling

Looking for a fun and structured tumbling class during the day? Our Daytime Tumbling session is perfect for homeschoolers, preschoolers, or kids with flexible schedules. This class focuses on building strength, flexibility, and confidence through progressive tumbling skills using safe spotting techniques and equipment.

Students will work on:

  • Handstands and forward rolls

  • Kickovers from bridges

  • Back and front walkovers

  • Strength and flexibility conditioning

Whether your child is new to tumbling or looking to sharpen their skills in a smaller, quieter daytime setting, this class is a great fit!

Level 1

Tumbling Level 1 is designed to build a strong foundation for more advanced tumbling skills. In this class, students will progress with the aid of spotting and equipment, ensuring they develop safely and confidently. To join this class, students should already have a solid cartwheel, unassisted bridges, assisted backbends, and a forward roll. In Tumbling Level 1, we will focus on:

  • Flexibility and strength exercises
  • Handstands
  • Kickovers from bridges
  • Back and front walkover

Level 2

Tumbling Level 2 builds on the foundational skills from Tumbling 1, taking your child’s abilities to the next level. To join this class, students must be able to perform a backbend and stand up unassisted, as well as a kickover from a backbend. These essential skills are crucial for mastering the more complex movements introduced at this stage. In Tumbling Level 2, we will focus on:

  • Flexibility and strength exercises
  • Back and front Arabians
  • Back and front walkovers
  • Back handsprings

This class is designed to help your child advance confidently, paving the way for their continued success in tumbling.

Level 3

Tumbling Level 3 introduces more advanced skills, perfect for students with prior tumbling experience. To join this class, students should already be proficient in front and back walkovers and have experience with back handsprings. This class is designed to refine their technique by breaking down each phase of the movements, ensuring students gain proficiency and precision in their skills. As they master these elements, they’ll be well-prepared to progress to even higher levels of tumbling. In Tumbling Level 3, we will focus on:

  • Flexibility and strength exercises
  • Back and front Arabians
  • Standing back handsprings
  • Round-off back handsprings

This class is a crucial step for students aiming to excel in their tumbling journey, helping them achieve their goals with confidence and skill.

Level 4

Tumbling Level 4 is designed for students who have mastered the back handspring without assistance. In this class, students will focus on advanced training and drills to perfect skills such as back tucks, layouts, standing tucks, and fulls. Strength, endurance, and flexibility are the core components of this level, ensuring students are well-prepared for these challenging techniques. In Tumbling Level 4, we will focus on:

  • Flexibility and strength exercises
  • Multiple back handsprings
  • Tucks, layouts, and fulls
  • Connecting passes

This class is ideal for dedicated tumblers looking to refine their skills and push their abilities to the next level.

Ninja Tumbling

Ninja Tumbling class is for kids both boys and girls in an energetic and fun-filled program designed to build strength, agility, and coordination through a combination of tumbling and obstacle course training. In this class, children engage in activities like tumbling, rolling, jumping, and balancing while learning the fundamentals of movement and control. The class will encouraging kids to develop confidence, discipline, and teamwork in a safe and supportive environment. It’s an ideal way for children to release energy, improve their physical fitness, and have a blast while doing it!
